I am a Certified Executive Coach (ICF ACC), Senior DEI Advisor, and IDI Qualified Administrator (QA) with more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and organizational leadership. My work sits at the intersection of inclusive leadership, equity, and intercultural development, supporting individuals and organizations to lead with clarity, compassion, and courage. 

Grounded in my lived experience as a Black woman and immigrant, I bring a reflective, culturally aware, and evidence-informed approach to coaching and consulting. I believe leadership is not defined by title, but by how we show up—and my work centers emerging leaders and BIPOC women while remaining accessible to anyone committed to leading with integrity and purpose.
